This week, as part of Shanghai Jazz’s continuing “Tuesday Jazz Trio Series,” we welcome Madison’s own Jerry Vezza on Piano. Jerry is a musician who embodies the classic jazz values of melodic warmth, rhythmic subtlety and true elegance. Jazz critic Zan Stewart of the Star Ledger wrote that "Vezza sings with his hands" and "plays resplendent jazz piano." Tonight, Jerry will be joined by Clayton Thompson on Bass and John Vourtsis on Drums.
