You will be hard pressed to find a more entertaining pair in live jazz! Grover Kemble on guitar and vocals with Jerry Vezza on piano are two great friends playing world class music. They have been playing together for over 20 years and the fun they have on a bandstand is definitely infectious. As a leader, Grover draws the audience into every lyric, engaging everyone in the crowd. On piano, Jerry "just swigs. He is a very lyrical player. You always have these beautiful melodies in his solos.  There’s a real delicacy to his playing.  It’s not just arpeggios and flashy technique.” 

These two gentlemen round out our new Tuesday night quartet with Juilliard trained bassist, Hal Slapin and drummer, John Vourtsis ensuring that Tuesdays will continue to be my favorite night of the week.
