Paul Meyers with Steve Laspina and Andy Watson

Jazz guitarist Paul Meyers has led various groups in the NYC area for many years. One of the finest was a quartet featuring the legendary Frank Wess, and that quartet recorded a critically acclaimed CD on the Miles High label and had numerous performances in New York City clubs and concert stages around the Northeast.Since that time Paul has often led a trio like the one that backed up Frank Wess, and our night at Shanghai will be with this great group. The trio features two fantastic musicians who were both veterans of the great Jim Hall’s trio - drummer Andy Watson and bassist Steve LaSpina -
