There is always a reason to celebrate at Shanghai Jazz but when there is a giant party in New Orleans (albeit a week ago) we love to party with New Orleans native, recording artist, composer and bassist extraordinaire, Thaddeus Expose.

Joining Thaddeus on the bandstand will be James Austin Jr. who is a favorite of ours on the piano. He too, is a tremendous talent, as a recording artist, composer and arranger. His latest effort, Songs in the Key of Wonder, has received critical acclaim and is hugely successful in venues up and down the East Coast. We will be celebrating this effort with James’ own trio on April 9!

Rounding out the trio is drummer, Gordon Lane. This will be a wonderful evening of festive, lively tunes complete with libations—try our latest take on the “French 75”

No music charge, $25 food &drink minimum, per person. Music begins at 7:00, reservations recommended.
