Luca Moretti is a recent graduate of Newark Academy in Livingston, NJ. Playing with groups such as the Newark Academy Chameleon Big Band and Jazz at Lincoln Center Youth Orchestra, he is an accomplished jazz pianist, winning honorable mention from the highly-esteemed Young Arts Program and being recognized as one of the top jazz pianists in the country at the Essentially Ellington National High School Jazz Competition. He will be attending Northwestern University where he plans to study Mechanical Engineering and Jazz Piano.

Vikram Bala is from Short Hills and also a recent graduate of Newark Academy. Vikram was recognized as one og the top bassists in the country at Essentially Ellington High School Jazz Competition. He is also a member of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Youth Orchestra and has won multiple soloist awards at the NJ Jazz State Finals. He is headed to Pennsylvania State next year where he will study electrical & computer engineering.
