"In Vaché, jazz has found a creator whose prodigious, hard-earned skills enable him to craft swinging performances of beauty, emotion and surprise." Warren is a tremendous trumpet and cornet player and, with his acerbic wit between songs he keeps the entertainment rolling.
Accompanying Vache is Eddie Monteiro, a NJ native and the “youngest inductee into the Accordion Hall of Fame.” Eddie’s unique style blends jazz and Brazilian music. Alongside Vache’s cornet we have a really special night of music in Madison!
Rounding out this fabulous trio is bassist Earl Sauls. Earl has an “original and highly musical approach to his instrument. During a career that has spanned over three decades, he has played with some of the all-time jazz greats, including Stan Getz, Pepper Adams, Howard McGhee, Woody Herman, Warren Vache, Warne Marsh, Chuck Wayne and many others.”
No music charge, $25 food and drink minimum, performance begins at 6:30. Reservations strongly recommended.
