CKS Band is a Roots Rock, Blues & Americana Powerhouse Organ Trio, with Blues Music Award-Winner & 10x-Blues Music Award Nominated Keyboardist/B-3 Organist BRUCE KATZ, Renowned & Prolific Drummer and Vocalist RANDY CIARLANTE, and 2x-GRAMMY® Nominated Guitarist, Singer & Songwriter SCOTT SHARRARD. CKS performs the music of The Band, Gregg Allman, The Allman Brothers Band, Ronnie Earl and Levon Helm alongside some of their own originals, including songs they wrote & performed with these legendary artists over many years of albums & tours. BRUCE KATZ has been Nominated 7 Times for "Piano Player of the Year" at the Blues Music Awards, and was a regular member of Gregg Allman & Friends (2007-2013). RANDY CIARLANTE occupied the second drum chair throughout the THE BAND's decade-long resurgence in the 1990s. SCOTT SHARRARD is best known as the Musical Director & Lead Guitarist of the GREGG ALLMAN BAND (2008-2017) and is now the Lead Guitarist for the Legendary Rock 'n' Roll band LITTLE FEAT.

This special evening will feature a prix fixe menu celebrating the flavors of the great music cities around the world at two seating times, 6:15 and 8:45, for $115 each, no music charge, tax, drinks, & gratuity are additional.

Tasting of Starters: Little Dragon Dumplings, Vegetable Egg Roll, Thai Chili Shrimp, Hunan String Beans, Chicken Potstickers, baby green salad

½ Beijing Duck, scallion, cucumber, plum hoisin sauce, steamed pancakes ($9 supplement)

 Sauteed Fillet of Wild King Salmon: Roasted exotic mushrooms, asparagus & tarragon-burgundy sauce

 Grilled Fillet Mignon, celery root-bacon hash, lobster “bisque” ($9 supplement)

 Braised Beef Short Rib: whipped potatoes, baby green beans, exotic mushrooms, natural reduction

 Grilled Portabella Mushroom: gingered sweet potato puree, sauteed carrot, bok coy & red bell pepper, white balsamic-basil sauce

Shrimp & Grits: Andouille sausage, red bell pepper, Louisiana gravy
