World Renown Flutist Ali Ryerson with Karl Latham & Friends

With a career spanning over five decades, jazz flutist Ali Ryerson consistently ranks among the top flutists in the prestigious Downbeat Jazz Poll. She has released over two dozen albums on major labels including Concord Records, Capri Records, and Red Baron (for legendary jazz producer, Bob Thiele). Ryerson has worked with jazz greats such as Red Rodney, Hubert Hofmann, Stephane Grappelli, Wynotn Marsalis, and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, as well as classical artists Julius Baker and, while principal flutist with the Monterey Bay Symphony, with Luciano Pavarotti. She has served as Jazz Chair and Low Flutes Chair for the National Flute Association, was the founder of the NFA Jazz Flute Big Band and NFA Program Chair for the 2023 National Flute Convention. As an educator, Ryerson published her widelyacclaimed book, “Jazz Flute Practice Method,” conducts master classes worldwide and teaches an online series for Lessonface. AS a composer, Ryerson has received numerous commissions. Her flute works, ranging from solo to large flute ensemble, are published by Presser, Edition Kossack and ACR Music. Karl Latham has performed and recorded with Grammy Award winning artists, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members and many acclaimed artists including The Shirelles; Johnny Winter; Bernie Worrell; Mark Egan Unit1; John Lee Quartet, Clark Terry, Slide Hampton, Cyrus Chestnut, Jon Faddis; Ali Ryerson, Pete Levin; Jerry Vivino; The Fantasy Band; Howard Paul with Laurence Hobgood, Anat Cohen and Tom Scott; The Dizzy Gillespie Alumni Group; Andy Snitzer; Vic Juris; Mitch Stein and Rachel Z,  Wolfgang Lackerschmid and co-leads Don Braden/Karl Latham Big Fun(K). Karl has subbed on the Broadway productions of “Bring It On”, “Hamilton”, “Beautiful: The Carole King Musical”, and “Ain’t Too Proud”.  

No music charge, $40 food & drink minimum per person. Reservations required for performances at 7:00 and 9:15, seating times are 6:15 and 8:45 for each.
